This winter Emthonjeni Community Centre will be able, thanks to a donation from Sanlam Sky, assist the Zandspruit Community residents with shoes, for those who cant afford it.

Emthonjeni: Mosaiek Missional Expressions Pilgrimage to Kwaggafontein

On Sat, 14 May, about 15 Mosaiek members travelled to Kwaggafontein, Mpumalanga as part of a Missional Expressions Pilgrimage. The day was a combination Work Day and Kids Day, with 30-40 kids from town joining in the fun. A great day was had by all. The Work Day included installing the posts for a fence, fixing the water system, & premises upkeep. The Kids Day included netball, soccer, and a variety of other games and coloring books. To top off the day, we all joined in a BRAAI.

Emthonjeni Kwaggafontein: Nutritional yogurt brought smiles to the children

14 May 2011 Emthonjeni Community Centres was able to give yogurt that was donated by SPAR to all the community children visiting our Kwaggafontein community centre.

Seniors Day @ Emthonjeni Zandspruit

As part of the Easter celebration, Emthonjeni along with St Michael’s church held a special event for the seniors on 14 May 2011, Saturday. Members from the Emthonjeni Seniors Club all brought friends of theirs from the community.
