Impillo House
Impillo’s In Patient Unit(hospice) provides 24-hour palliative care for people with life threatening illnesses.
Forest farm is a residential care facility for people living with Cerebral Palsy.
Cerebral palsy is an umbrella like term used to describe a group of disorders causing impaired control of movements that usually appear in the first few years of life and generally do not worsen over time. Many people with cerebral palsy are also affected by other medical disorders including seizures or mental impairment.
Jewels of Hope implements it’s vision through connect groups which consist of five children between the age of 11 and 13 years, assisted by an adult who not only acts as jewellery trainerbut also as a mentor for the life situations and hardships that the children face.
The incidence of child sexual abuse in South Africa has reached alarming proportions in recent times. In courthouse interviews before and after testifying, the main fear expressed by children concerned is having to face the defendant.
The Florida Baby Home opened its doors 9 years ago and is under the care of dedicated house parents, supported by a team of 8 trained baby care givers. This means that at any time, there are at least two baby care givers on duty.
Our baby home offers safe accommodation and a loving environment to babies found abandoned, affected and/or infected with HIV/AIDS.
